Bolton-le-Sands Parish Council would like to encourage residents to plant a tree on their land to contribute to the Woodlands Trust, plant a million trees project. Every tree counts in fighting the climate emergency, as a community we can contribute and keep our village green.
There are plenty of tips on the Woodlands Trust website, from how to plant a tree, to choosing the right species. Please share your pictures of any trees that are planted and we will fill our page with them.
